Williams earned a degree in journalism at Hunter College, where she was recognized as an alum on its inaugural “40 Under 40” list in 2022 for her outstanding achievements in sports. In 2018, she founded social-digital media platform Girls Talk Sports TV with a mission to close the women’s sports coverage gap by creating more visibility for women in sports, through social content creation and reporting.
