WHAT: iHeartMedia, Blumhouse Television and Aaron Mahnke’s Grim & Mild today announced the fourth season of Webby Award-winning podcast “13 Days of Halloween.” Starring Natalie Morales (The Morning Show, Parks & Recreation, Dead to Me), the 13-episode season is subtitled “Penance” and will air daily from October 19 through Halloween with a trailer premiering today, October 12th. With three-dimensional, binaural sound design that transports the listeners into the storytelling, the first three seasons of the thriller anthology have been downloaded more than 10 million times.
This season follows Sayuri Martinez (Morales), a young woman who has been locked up in the mysterious Pendleton Rehabilitation Center without explanation. Listeners will follow Sayuri’s journey as she attempts to seek answers about why she was imprisoned in the labyrinth-like facility and how she might escape. But is Pendleton really just a prison?
