The music of the iHeartRadio app came to life with an extraordinary lineup and these special moments:
- Keith Urban closed out the 2018 iHeartCountry Festival and surprised fans by bringing out Maren Morris to perform his Miranda Lambert collaboration, "We Were Us.” Maren performed earlier in the evening and sung her hit single “The Middle.”
- Brett Young surprised country music fans everywhere when he brought out one of his biggest songwriting inspirations, Gavin Degraw, to perform “Soldier.” Before dedicating the song to the U.S. Military in the crowd, he told everyone that Gavin made him want to get into songwriting, “I’ve seen a lot of Gavin DeGraw shows, but tonight is the first time I get to share a stage with Mr. Gavin DeGraw.”
- Cole Swindell gave a touching tribute to the U.S. military, service men and women overseas and all the first responders as he closed his set at the 2018 iHeartCountry Festival with a performance of "Ain't Worth The Whiskey." He later returned to the stage for a special surprise performance during Luke Bryan's "Roller Coaster."
- During the rest of Luke Bryan’s iHeartCountry Festival set, he had fans singing and dancing while performing hits like "That's My Kind of Night," “Play It Again," "Most People Are Good," "I Don't Want This Night To End,” and closed out with "Huntin', Fishin', and Lovin' Every Day.”
- During Billy Currington's set, Luke Bryan appeared on stage to help sing "Good Directions," which he co-wrote.
- Dan + Shay brought out Daytime Village performer, Danielle Bradbery to help them sing their song "How Not To.”
- Eleven-year-old Walmart Yodel Boy, Mason Ramsey, performed the song that made him become a viral sensation after the world saw a video of him yodeling in his local Walmart. His talent has already taken him to Coachella and now the iHeartCountry Music Festival where he also performed his new song, “Famous.”
- Country singer/songwriter, Scotty McCreery recently released his fourth studio album Seasons Change, and this weekend surprised the crowd with a special performance of his new single, “Five More Minutes” at the iHeartCountry Festival.
- During Sugarland's set, the reunited duo was in the middle of their song "Stuck Like Glue," when Bobby Bones crashed their performance.
- Dustin Lynch released his brand new single "Good Girl" at midnight on May 5th. A day later the country star officially debuted the song live, for the very first time, during his performance at the 2018 iHeartCountry Festival in Austin, Texas.
