WHAT: Today, iHeartPodcasts and Neon33 announced “Missing In Arizona,” a new podcast that will explore the 2001 cold case of Robert Fisher, a man who killed his family, blew up their suburban home and vanished into a remote Arizona forest. Host and investigative journalist Jon Walczak (“Missing in Alaska” and “Missing on 9/11”), with the help of artificial intelligence experts, analyzed audio recordings of Fisher to generate a realistic simulation of the fugitive’s voice which will be heard throughout the podcast to help re-tell the facts of the case, bringing the story to life in a new, innovative way.

The series, based on a true crime, will also feature audio and insights from more than 100 interviews with law enforcement officials, crime analysts and family members of the victims, offering a new look at the shocking series of events.

WHEN: The first episode of “Missing In Arizona” will be available today, August 7, 2024 with new episodes posting every Wednesday.
